An eagle-eyed fan has set tongues wagging after noticing a 'face' in Kate Middleton's £2,100 designer dress.
The Duchess of Cambridge, 37, was pictured wearing the bespoke version of an Eponine dress as she visited Lavender Primary School in North London on Tuesday, but it was an unfortunate crease in the frock that caught one follower's attention.
Kate, who was making the visit as part of Mental Health Week , appeared unaware of the fashion faux pas, which saw the buttons being compared to 'pocket eyes' on Twitter.
Remarking on the sartorial blip, one fan shared a snap of the duchess, tweeting: 'Someone wasn’t happy to be brought out of the wardrobe this morning.. World’s angriest dress'.

If the Duchess of Cambridge’s latest outfit is anything to go by, green is clearly the colour to be seen in right now!
The stylish royal visited a primary school in London wearing a pea coloured design by one of her favourite go-to labels, Eponine London.
It’s the first time she’s worn this particular dress, however we’ve spotted her in the British brand many other times. The thick boucle wool material of this number makes it perfect for the chilly weather, whilst the vibrant shade ensured she stood out from the crowds.
Eschewing her usual nude court shoes, Kate then finished off with a pair of lace-up heeled ankle boots by L.K. Bennett, completing her winter-chic ensemble.

Kate, teamed the green jumper dress with a £295 L.K. Bennett boots, £1,833 gold pavé earrings from Kiki McDonough, and a Mulberry clutch.
However the shape of the pockets, which featured a black button to the centre, drew in comparisons to 'eyes' on an 'angry face'.
Additionally the positioning of the crease gave the 'face' an animated look, with one picture being likened to a 'kiss face'.
One snap shows the duchess holding her clutch by her hip, and looks as though her dress is snacking on the bag.
In another picture, the bunch of flowers Kate is holding, almost doubles up as a nose for the animated face.

Elsewhere Evil Pea, who boasts a similar furrowed brow, was thrown into the mix, while fluffy Sesame Street character Oscar the Grouch was also named.
The duchess was at the north London school in her role as patron of the charity Place2Be, a leading UK children's mental health charity that provides in-school support and expert training to improve the emotional wellbeing of pupils, families, teachers and school staff.
