OUR team of racing experts have picked out their best bets for the third and final day of the Grand National Festival.
Sun Racing resident tipsters Tom Bull, Jack Keene and Callum Jamieson have been looking forward to this meeting for a long time and they’re raring to go!
Bully’s Banker
Warrior had been out of form all season prior to running a screamer in the Stayers’ at Cheltenham and on that form he’s the one to beat here.
I’ve no issue with the quick turnaround for him as he’s as tough as old boots and Jedd O’Keeffe is good at keeping his runners on the go.
He could only run third in this last year but had a much harder season then and looks primed to make a bold effort from the front.
Joe Colliver needs to get his fractions right but taking the field along has worked for plenty of runners this week and he can join their success.
Nash bash
Walk In The Mill and Ramses De Teillee both have massive chances in the Grand National. I’d be disappointed if either finished out of the frame.

Callum Calls It
This is a wide-open Grade 1, but I’ve jumped head first into the Henry De Bromhead camp here.
I have no idea how ORNUA (NAP) would have got on in the Arkle at Cheltenham, but he was going well before a fall halfway around.
He comes here fresh – the same can’t be said for many of his rivals. Us And Them, Clondaw Castle and Knocknanuss all exerted plenty at Cheltenham.
Us And Them is clearly the one to beat on form. But I felt he played it very safe in the Arkle and only came through a already well beaten field to grab second after jumping very poorly.
De Bromhead is in fine form and the booking of Davy Russell is a serious eye-catcher as he warms up for his spin on Tiger Roll.
I still think Ornua’s run at Sandown is some of the best form on offer in a windy two mile division.
He’s a proper jumper and could have these on the run early.
Grand National Darts
I’ll be siding with Joe Farrell and Ramses De Teille in the big one. Both look cracking each-way bets. If the rain continues to fall, Folsom Blue will also get a wink.
Jack The Tipper
My fancy has already been Hugh Taylor’d but there’s plenty of value to be had. It’s the Grand National after all!
Thanks to a couple of late withdrawals the Rebecca Curtis-trained Joe Farrell snuck in at the bottom of the weights.
He’s lightly-raced this season and should be much fitter for his running on second last time at Newbury.
The Scottish Nash winner clearly stays all day and is a sound jumper.
If he gets round, he should be there swinging come the elbow and who knows?
