IT can be hard to look after fine hair and make sure that it doesn’t get damaged – and many hair brushes don’t help the problem.
Thankfully popular hair brand Tangle Teezer has released a brush designed specifically for people with coloured or fine locks.

The brand, which is famous for its handleless brushes, has launched the Fine and Fragile brush which has 30 per cent shorter teeth to prevent breakages.
They claim this is ideal for those who have coloured hair, as their strands can be drier and more easily damaged.
The new brush costs £11 and comes in two colours – mint violet and pink dawn.
The website says: “Thinning hair is a condition that can be caused for a myriad of reasons at any time of life.
“Sufferers are often scared to brush their hair for fear of pulling out hair, but our Fine & Fragile detangling hair brush gently glides through the hair with no pulling or tugging, whilst massaging the scalp.
“The unique two-tiered, soft flex teeth detangle quickly and easily without causing the hair any additional stress.
“The long teeth detangle and the shorter teeth smooth the cuticle. The results are healthier looking hair.”
And the new brush is already proving to be a hit with customers.
One wrote: “I have very fine hair which is thinning and this brush is the only one I’ve used that doesn’t tug or pull out my hair.
“Very ergonomic to hold and the multi length of bristles are great for non tugging. Also very soft on my scalp.”

Entrepreneur Shaun Pulfrey was humiliated by the dragons on Dragons Den’ when he pitched his Tangle Teezer hairbrush back in 2007, but it’s fair to say they’re knot laughing any more.
It was previously reported his business has grown into an international exporter which sells brushes in 60 countries.
Even celebrities such as Nicole Scherzinger have endorsed his product, which Shaun is the sole owner of.
