"Many Photos" - Pervert ‘choked and molested girl, 15’ after she refused to wear a dog collar and lead

A PERVERT choked and molested a 15-year-old girl after she refused to wear a dog collar and lead, police say.

Zachary Arthur Coldsmith, 23, allegedly lured the teenager back to his house under the guise of watching a film, only to pull bondage gear out of his backpack.

He asked her if she wanted to put on the collar and lead, as well as a handcuff and metal ring.

When she refused, he said: “That wasn’t a very good answer, I didn’t like that answer, you are being a very bad girl right now.”

Coldsmith reportedly choked her and bit her cheek and breast after she said no to him a second time.

He then grabbed her by the hair and forced her to perform a sex act on him, Southern Minnesota News reports.

The girl believed Coldsmith was the same age as her because they met at the high school she attends.

She was able to get away from him to run to a family member’s home nearby.

She was later taken to hospital by her mum.

When police searched his home in Mankato, Minnesota, on March 27 they found bondage gear and a backpack that matched the description provided by the teen.

Coldsmith admitted that he knew the victim and was aware that she was only 15, according to court documents.

He faces two counts of first degree criminal sex conduct, one count of second degree sexual assault and two counts of third degree criminal sex conduct at Waseca County court.
