RHONA Goskirk’s life hangs in the balance again in Emmerdale next week as she shockingly collapses at Home Farm following her recent hysterectomy.

It comes after Rhona – played by Zoe Henry in the ITV soap – and boyfriend Pete Barton have a huge argument when she takes his birthday presents the wrong way.

Pete is hurt that Rhona seemingly thinks so little of him and gives Rhona some home truths.

She’s left feeling regretful and realises that she’s crossed a line with Pete this time. What does this mean for their relationship?

Later, Kim Tate – Claire King – arrives at the vet surgery in a distressed state and begs for help as one of her horses has fallen ill.

Rhona is unable to say no to a sick animal and heads to the stables with a worried Kim.

When she gets there Rhona starts to feel unwell herself but she’s pushed on by a sense of duty to treat the horse.

But back at the farm Rhona has collapsed with sudden abdominal pain. She’s alone and doubled up in agony, feeling scared and helpless. Will anyone find her in time?

Emmerdale fans know that Rhona recently underwent surgery to remove her uterus after a scan showed she had growths on it. Since then she’s struggled emotionally as she’s been forced through the menopause early.

Rhona broke down in tears when her ex-husband Paddy Kirk revealed he was expecting a baby with his partner Chas Dingle.
