An Instagram model was left red faced after a steamy bathroom video ended with the shower head falling from the wall and cracking her on the skull. 

Charly Jordan, who boasts 1.5million followers, shared the clip of her getting in the outdoor shower in a red bikini to flaunt her figure.

But as she tipped her head back to let the water dramatically flow through her hair, the shower head fell from the wall and bashed her on the forehead.

The blonde model, from Los Angeles, clutched her head and flinched in pain before the clip came to a dramatic end.  

More than 1.5m people have seen the clip since it was posted to Charly's Instagram last week.

She clearly saw the funny side in the incident, as she captioned the clip: 'When you get hit with that "k" reply'.
