STRICTLY Come Dancing fans were left drooling over Kate Silverton as she transformed into Jessica Rabbit – despite taking a stumble during her routine.
The BBC newsreader ditched her usual suited and booted look for a sexy red gown and matching long red wig.
Dancing a foxtrot with her partner Aljaz Skorjanec, Kate, 48, opened the routine on her own as she entered in a caberet-style set and started to walk sexily down the steps.
However she stumbled slightly but managed to style it out, before continuing the routine and oozing sex appeal.
Viewers couldn’t believe the transformation, taking to Twitter to shower Kate with compliments.
One wrote: ” Kate as Jessica Rabbit, I think I’d turn for her #Strictly” while another added: “Wowsers! Kate Silverton!”
A third tweeted: “Can everyone alert the dads that Kate Silverton is dressed as Jessica Rabbit on #Strictly tonight.”
A fourth shared: “Is Kate Silverton Jessica Rabbit? *swoons* #strictly.”
The judges were also captivated by her transformation, with Darcey Bussell saying: “Don’t worry about that little stumble, there’s a cabaret artist desperate to get out!
“It’s outstanding what you do from week to week, you put so much into each week.”

“I’m absolutely fascinated to say, you’re a non dancer, it was fascinating to see how you control your movement.”
Bruno Tonioli – who managed to fall off his chair earlier in the show – was even more excited than usual, telling Kate: “I am gobsmacked, how does it feel to be bad? It feels good doesn’t it.
“The instinct of a performer, even a stumble you made part of the choreography. that shows you what it is to be a performer.
“Slow foxtrot is so difficult to maintain, you made it hypnotising.”
Even Craig Revel Horwood had some praise for the pair, saying: “I have to say I thought it was very sultry, it was very sexy and there was a lot to like about that routine.”
